Sue Thompson is a long-time professional member of IFMA who left the facility management profession to do the work closest to her heart: consulting, speaking, and writing. Her business, Set Free Life Seminars LLC, helps companies, corporate divisions, small service providers, and non-profit offices attract and retain the discriminating client. With a strong belief that many in the workforce need to be reminded that character matters, Sue offers the powerful impact of the three-pronged approach to acting like a professional: image, behavior, and integrity. It's her desire to see people set free to be what they were meant to be: great managers, excellent employees, and confident contributors to life.

Sue has a Master's degree in clinical psychology and is a personality expert, an etiquette trainer, and an image advisor. She's been quoted in newspapers that include the New York Sun and the Wall Street Journal, and in numerous online publications such as CareerBuilder.com, and she is a contributor to IFMA's Facility Management Journal. An IFMA associated member, she is active in the Delaware chapter and has been a speaker at World Workplace, Facility Fusion, and local chapters nationwide.
