Beth Osgood is a Facilities Project Manager for Loth, Inc., a diversified Steelcase dealership which offers facilities services to customers. She is  

on-site at her client company, Ethicon Endo-Surgery, a Johnson & Johnson company, in Blue Ash, Ohio, on a full time basis and is responsible for space planning, strategic facilities planning issues, construction project management, move management and furniture reconfiguration.   The Blue Ash site, global headquarters for Ethicon Endo-Surgery, comprises five buildings which total more than 750,000 SF.  Her projects include a multiyear facilities renovation project which converted former warehouse and manufacturing space into R&D space and office space. These projects totaled more than $10 million dollars. Developing a cost savings plan for asset management and managing facilities data related to space utilization.

Beth has 20 years of experience in the facilities arena including work with project management, strategic space planning, lease negotiations and execution in the financial services sector as well as within the design and construction industries. She received the Certified Facility Manager credential in 1997 and has been an active participant in the leadership of the Cincinnati Chapter of IFMA.  Beth is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati and is currently pursuing LEED Certification for Building Design and Construction.
