Having led DEGW project work for technology, pharmaceutical, government, and higher education organizations, Adam brings a variety of private and public sector knowledge and experience on the topics of workplace strategy and organizational change to IFMA. He is particularly fascinated by efforts that render a new understanding of users – across corporate, academic, and public sectors – and that help align organizational values and identity with their experience in physical space. In addition to his role as head of DEGW’s Washington DC office and DEGW Government practice lead, Adam contributes to his professional community as an Associate member of IFMA and member of the Corporate Facilities and Academic Facilities Councils. With a BA in Social Psychology and Masters of Urban Planning, Adam’s background allows him to dig insightfully into the wants and needs of stakeholders engaged in often delicate discussions around policy, design, and our relationship with built, natural, and social environments.
