Joseph Selby a Corporate Property Manager for Wells Fargo Bank, managing a portfolio of 64 retail and administrative buildings in the south and east San Francisco bay area.  Joseph manages ongoing maintenance programs for the buildings in his portfolio as well as managing contracted relationships with regional service providers for the bank.

Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Joseph was the Facilities Services Supervisor for Novartis Vaccines & Diagnostics (formerly Chiron Corporation) in Emeryville, California, managing site services for their Emeryville headquarters campus, which was a mixture of offices, research laboratories and pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities.  At Novartis/Chiron Joseph was responsible for managing a staff that was responsible for providing on-site amenities, employee and lab equipment relocations, custodial services, security services, furniture planning, design and procurement and enterprise-wide video and teleconferencing services.

With over 18 years of experience in facilities management, Joseph has worked in industries as diverse as corporate legal services, online media, trade show production and traditional publishing.

A long-time IFMA member, Joseph is a Certified Facility Manager, CFM, and current President of the East Bay Chapter of IFMA, as well as chapter liaison for the IFMA Foundation. He has previously served as Education Chair and Vice President of the East Bay Chapter of IFMA.
